- Monitor all devices, platforms, and services within a network environment
- Manage and coordinate NOC team shift coverage for efficient operations
- Provide direction, training, and leadership to NOC staff
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents in compliance with SLAs
- Prepare various network resource reports and assist with service-related projects
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or two years of relevant college study
- Minimum of two years of experience in a computer-related field
- At least one year of specialized experience in data communications or network administration
- Advanced knowledge of network operating systems and SNMP/RMON based software products
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- CCNA Routing and Switching Certification
- Experience with IT Network Management and Monitoring systems (e.g., Solar Winds Orion)
- Familiarity with DNS and its functions
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and incident management
- Strong understanding of Cisco switching and routing fundamentals
