• Develop and guide technical strategy for both legacy and next-generation pricing systems
• Maintain production safety and observability of pricing system changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience, including 4–7 years in a management role
• Proven ownership of systems with strict reliability and correctness requirements
• Domain experience in pricing, fintech, lending, or related fields
• Strong system design and architectural skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with regulated environments and external partner collaboration
• Experience in fintech or finance, particularly with pricing or risk-related teams
