Job Description Summary
Provide operational and analytical support to the Compliance department across processes, technology, and business activities. Identify and implement process and system improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and the departments ability to support and protect the Company.

Responsibilities- Drive continuous improvement by developing data-driven reports and dashboards that enhance decision making and operational excellence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by assessing current workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable, efficient solutions aligned with departmental priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams; including Legal, Compliance, Data & Analytics, Finance, and Technology, to ensure alignment on projects, priorities, and operational standards.
- Serve as a subject-matter resource on compliance technology, supporting system optimization and automation, configuration, adoption, and end-user experience improvements.
- Oversee multiple work streams simultaneously, exercising independent judgment in structuring work, resolving complex issues, and advising team members.
- Support data governance, information management, vendor oversight, reporting cycles, and other operational functions to strengthen quality controls and compliance.
- Develop clear documentation, communications, and presentations to support stakeholders and senior leaders on initiatives, findings, and operational performance.
- Stay updated on regulations, industry trends, and data and digital resources.
- Provide guidance and informal leadership to colleagues.
- Bachelors degree in data analytics, a business field, or equivalent experience.
- Seven years of experience in legal and compliance technology, data analytics, project management, process engineering, and/or comparable experience.
- Experience with SQL Server, DBeaver, Oracle, or Python.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and influence, including with senior leaders.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with in the Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of corporate compliance infrastructure and operations.
- Hybrid office environment (3 days per week):
Baltimore/Cedar Rapids/Denver/Philadelphia
- The salary for this position generally ranges between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
- Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Companys discretion.
