• Collaborate with external/internal engineers, product managers, and account managers to provide bug fixes and solutions for products
• Coordinate with internal Product Managers for bug fixes and enhancements while addressing external partner limitations
• Maintain and create internal and customer-facing documentation, including how-to guides and knowledge base articles
• Monitor FTK services regularly to ensure product usability for partners and their customers

• General knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Type Script
• Minimum of 2 years of full-stack professional software development experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience using, querying, and debugging APIs and SQL for at least 2 years

• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Slack)
• Familiarity with APIs and/or event-driven systems is a strong plus
