Role Overview
TAS is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the technical lead for a high-visibility digital modernization initiative supporting a Texas state agency. This role is responsible for end-to-end solution architecture for a secure, scalable, and accessible CRM and case-management platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform.

The Solution Architect operates within TAS’s prime-contractor delivery model, maintaining architectural continuity, technical decision authority, and accountability throughout the program lifecycle. This role provides technical leadership within a formally governed Agile delivery environment and guides highly skilled delivery teams to ensure a configuration-led, compliant, and maintainable implementation.
