SharePoint Administrator at Onvida Health. This remote position may require onsite work at our Yuma, AZ location due to labor regulations and business requirements. Salary range listed is base pay and may vary based on skills and experience. Min = $86,763.34;

• System Administration & Configuration:
  Administer, configure, and maintain Onvida Health’s SharePoint environment. Manage site collections, document libraries, lists, permissions, and security groups. Monitor system performance, availability, and usage. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Support migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services and third-party tools.
• Governance, Security & Compliance:
  Implement governance policies and ensure compliance with organizational and healthcare data standards. Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing. Maintain secure access controls and ensure data protection practices are followed.
• Business Solutions & Workflow Development:
  Partner with stakeholders to assess business requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions. Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools. Integrate SharePoint with other collaboration and productivity platforms.
• User Support & Training:
  Provide technical support to staff, site owners, and end users. Deliver training and guidance on SharePoint features and best practices. Document configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint.
