As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of Experian’s Claim Source Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. You will work closely with implementation teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payment processing, efficient workflows, and high-quality system performance.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Software Development and collaborate across product, engineering, and service teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation teams during deployment of Experian’s Claim Source RCM system.

  • Provide ongoing operational and technical support for remittance payment processing.

  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and effectiveness.

  • Document and clearly communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Estimate project scope, complexity, timelines, and resource needs.

  • Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and continuous process improvements.

  • Assign, track, and report on project tasks; communicate progress and risks to management.

  • Build strong client relationships and actively participate in recurring client meetings.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all assigned deliverables.

  • Provide hands-on technical support including testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and system updates.

  • Review customer data, revenue cycle workflows, payer notifications, and conduct optimization and posting reviews.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and support successful project execution.

  • Track change requests and manage high-severity production issues.

  • Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex issues; provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and resource optimization efforts.

  • Maintain detailed project plans and define processes for new programs as required.

Experience & Skills

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, claims processing, or related healthcare environments.

  • Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, medical billing, remittance processing, and healthcare regulations.

  • Hands-on experience with X12 healthcare transactions (835 required).

  • Experience with host system implementations or migrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner).

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

  • Experience working within Agile development teams.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
