We are seeking a high-agency Product Manager (PM) to own the continued development and evolution of our product portfolio. You will play a contributing role in shaping product strategy, execution, and impact. You’ll set direction, drive execution, and ensure that what we ship earns the trust of our clinical users. This is a hands‑on role for a PM who thrives at the intersection of data platforms, AI, and real‑world healthcare delivery.

You will:

• Define and own specific domains within the product roadmap, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term vision
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate clinical and business needs into clear, technically grounded product decisions
• Engage with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to deeply understand their needs
• Translate requirements into wireframes, low‑/high‑fidelity mocks, interactive prototypes, and production‑ready UI specs that balance clarity, ease of use, and trust
• Drive the launch of new products and features, ensuring smooth execution and adoption
• Continuously evaluate product impact, identify gaps, and prioritize iteration
• Collaborate across teams, including communicating tough tradeoffs to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (technical, healthcare, or data‑related field preferred)

• 3+ years in product management (healthtech, AI, and/or data‑driven SaaS products preferred)
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML‑powered, data‑centric, and/or analytics‑driven products
• Experience building products utilized in clinical, operations, or high‑stakes environments where reliability and trust are first class citizens
• Ability to communicate well, manage competing priorities, calibrate speed vs. depth prioritization by task, and drive execution in agile environments
• Familiarity with agile, Scrum, road mapping tools
• Experience with user research, market analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making
