The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system within an organization. This role involves collaborating with different departments to ensure the ERP system meets the company's needs, enhancing business processes, and supporting strategic goals. The ERP Manager must possess strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills to successfully manage projects and teams.
Responsibilities- ERP Implementation & Configuration:
Lead and oversee the deployment and customization of ERP software. Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and map them to system capabilities. Develop and maintain ERP system configuration, ensuring it aligns with business processes and best practices. - System Maintenance & Upgrades:
Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates and upgrades. Ensure system integrity, reliability, and data accuracy. Conduct regular system audits and assessments to optimize performance and security. - Project Management:
Plan and manage ERP-related projects, including implementation and system enhancements. Establish timelines, allocate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized projects or support.
