• Gather, prepare, and analyze user requirements to create complex reports and dashboards using enterprise data systems
• Provide end-user training and create educational materials for application/systems changes
• Analyze Business Intelligence requests to ensure alignment with existing tools and processes
• Serve as project manager for simple projects, including effective time management and prioritization of tasks
• Coordinate communication between internal and external parties on assigned tasks and related issues

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Ability to maintain Epic certifications where appropriate
• Strong oral and written communication skills for translating customer requirements into BI solutions
• Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and timely while managing multiple priorities

• Experience with Epic Slicer Dicer, Caboodle, Clarity
• Familiarity with BI Visualization Tools (MS Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Experience with data virtualization (Denodo)
• Knowledge of Data Governance concepts and processes
• Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning
