We've produced over 100,000 videos and partnered with Silicon Slopes, Creator Hub, and top creator coaches like Millie Adrian. We're building for long-term ownership of the AI-enhanced content space. We're looking for someone who loves building marketing engines, not just running campaigns. Someone who gets energy from shipping work, coordinating teams, and turning a company's strengths into consistent growth.

What Youll Do- Own the Marketing Engine: You'll be responsible for Storyy's customer-facing messaging, inbound lead generation, and brand presence across channels.
- Ship Campaigns: Work with our paid media buyer on ad creative and iteration. You're in the weeds on what's working and what's not.
- Build & Optimize Funnels: Own our website, landing pages, and marketing automations in Go High Level — audit, clean up, and scale what works.
- Lead Brand Content: Direct content creation for Storyy's brand with support from our internal content team. You set the vision; they help execute.
- Create Content: You'll be on camera yourself recording content for Storyy's brand or live trainings for customers. This isn't a behind-the-scenes-only role, it's a chance to work with awesome creators across a multitude of industries.
- Grow the Affiliate Program: Manage and scale creator partnerships that drive real revenue.
- Turn Customers into Stories: Interview customers, extract insights, and turn real results into testimonials and case studies that sell.
- Coordinate the Machine: You'll work with contractors, internal teams, and partner resources to keep marketing projects moving.
- Ship first, strategize second. You'd rather launch something imperfect than polish a deck forever.
- Are confident on camera. You're comfortable recording content and coaching others on theirs.
- Stay organized under chaos. Multiple work streams, competing priorities, fast pivots — you thrive here.
- Get excited about AI. You don't need to be technical, but you should be curious — not skeptical — about how AI is changing content.
- Have storytelling instincts. You know how to turn features into benefits and customers into compelling case studies.
- Love building systems. You see a messy funnel and want to fix it. You see a manual process and want to automate it.
- Are self-driven and proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do - you identify problems and solve them.
- 4-8 years in marketing, growth, or content-related roles
- Proven track record driving leads and demand (not just brand awareness)
- Strong instincts around messaging, positioning, and funnels
- Experience working with paid media teams or agencies
- Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and website management
- Bonus:
SaaS, creator economy, or content business background
