• Own the data architecture and mapping required for B2B reporting needs
• Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis
• Develop and support well-designed dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics-related work streams
• Explore and integrate AI applications into analytics use cases

• At least 2+ years of expertise in enterprise analytics, ideally 7+ years of experience
• Expert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing queries and reports
• Proven experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement
• Strong relational database design and development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other STEM field

• Knowledge of additional coding languages (Python or R)
• Advanced experience in data visualization
• Background in healthcare and experience with PHI
• Familiarity with population health metrics
