• Lead and manage the Information Systems Department, focusing on team building and high-performance engineering organizations
• Define and track engineering maturity baselines for Dev Sec Ops  and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
• Collaborate with business leaders to execute the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise goals
• Champion modern software engineering practices and lead the adoption of tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Oversee planning and execution of key software initiatives, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of solutions

• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years leading software engineering teams
• Experience in Dev Sec Ops  and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with a focus on secure and scalable systems
• Proven ability to foster cross-team collaboration and manage high-performing hybrid and remote teams
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Master’s Degree preferred
