Accounts Payable Specialist (100% Remote)

Our Prescott, AZ- based company is currently in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fully distributed finance team. You’ll manage the full cycle of AP while working from the comfort of your own home office.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts Payable Specialist
• Other tasks as required

The phone time for this role is 50- 75%.

• Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

• 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area
• Modern computer and operating system
• Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
