Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Technology Team Lead will head a team of full-time and contractor technologists. Your team is the backbone for the operational health of revenue-generating systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Implementation, and Support. You will translate business strategy into technical execution, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across the entire revenue technology ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical agility, people leadership, and a strategic mindset.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of technologists (full-time and contractors), including performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Define the vision and roadmap for the revenue technology stack, aligning platform capabilities with the strategic objectives of Marketing, Sales, CS, Partner, and Support leadership.
- Establish and enforce operational excellence standards, governance, and best practices for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of all revenue technology platforms.
- Ensure and advise on best practices for process and data capture throughout the revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, flow, and readiness for business intelligence and reporting.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for major system issues and cross-functional technology initiatives to maintain ‘business as usual’ functionality.
- In partnership with business leads and your manager, manage the Revenue Technology budget, including vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and timely renewals for all systems in the team s portfolio.
- Partner with senior Revenue Leaders to champion their technology needs, prioritizing projects and resource allocation for maximum business impact.
- Drive the continuous effort to optimize system performance, automate processes, and enhance the user experience for all teams utilizing revenue technology.

- Expert knowledge of the Revenue Technology ecosystem, including advanced understanding of CRM & MAP (Salesforce and Hub Spot), as well as common revtech tools such as sales engagement, webinar hosting platforms, and customer success platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring a team, with the ability to work alongside your team when needed.
- Strong foundation in data governance, data architecture, and data quality principles to maintain exceptional data hygiene and integration fidelity across all systems.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and project plans for team execution.
- Proven project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, driving projects to completion on time and within scope.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, capable of communicating technical information to a non-technical audience (up to the Executive level).
