• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to educate prospective members about Thyme Care's services
• Build strong, trusting relationships with members, focusing on listening and empathy
• Explain the benefits of Thyme Care’s program to members and caregivers
• Obtain consent from members and conduct enrollment surveys while identifying urgent needs
• Participate in coaching and development sessions to meet quality and productivity goals

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related role, such as a front office position or call center
• Ability to work in a remote role with a quiet and secure environment
• Strong listening and communication skills with a focus on building rapport
• Familiarity with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and electronic health records
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST and flexibility to work up to 2 holidays per year

• Experience in fast-paced environments or startups

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
• Proactive in seeking feedback and diverse perspectives for personal growth
• Comfort with ambiguity and adapting to rapid changes in the workplace
