About the RoleA Senior Director within Neocol's Data, AI, & Analytics capability group plays a pivotal role at the intersection of market strategy, technical leadership, and organizational growth. The role requires staying closely aligned with Salesforce's evolving roadmap, translating new capabilities and market trends into actionable plays, and representing Neocol through thought leadership, partnerships, and events that highlight customer success.
On the delivery side, the Senior Director drives operational excellence across Neocol's Data, AI, & Analytics capabilities ensuring strong performance, profitability, and talent development. They lead and mentor a team of architects and specialists, guide the execution of complex client engagements, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Acting as both solution strategist and architect, the Senior Director defines standards, resolves challenges, and ensures Neocol consistently delivers innovative Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau and supporting technology solutions that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Market Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy:
Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics offerings. Develop targeted industry accelerators. Lead GTM working sessions. Build relationships with Salesforce Product and Account Leaders. Drive thought leadership initiatives. Represent Neocol at Salesforce events. Plan and execute Neocol-led thought leadership events. Track and optimize partnership metrics. Create compelling market positioning. Monitor competitive landscape and develop counter positioning strategies. - Capability Group Operations & Performance Management:
Monitor and report on capability group performance. Manage P&L responsibility for the Data, AI, & Analytics capability group. Establish and lead capability specific "Center of Innovation" motions. Lead continuous improvement through retrospectives. Maintain currency with Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics related roadmaps. - Capability Development & Team Leadership:
Define and execute the strategic roadmap. Build and lead a team of architects and Capability Leads. Oversee talent development. Create and deliver internal enablement programs. Foster a culture of technical excellence. - Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture:
Solution leader for enterprise scale implementations. Guide solution architecture that integrates Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics related technologies with downstream systems. Help resolve complex technical challenges. Mentor technical teams on best practices.

- Billable utilization target (25% Individual).

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, consulting, or previous technical leadership roles.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce, Data Cloud, and/or Tableau solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
- Experience leading functional and technical workshops, executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills.
- Deep relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of key industry verticals and their common challenges (High Tech/SaaS).
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical delivery teams.
- Experience with partner program requirements.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and positioning strategies.
