Associate Developer

About the Role

Associate Developer—full‑time ote, based in Madison, WI. Experience with technical support and system integration.

Performance objectives are divided into three phases:

• First 30 Days—Getting Grounded – Learn Naviant technology solutions, shadow support reps, get involved in customer support interactions, build relationships, and get proficient with support tools.
• Within 60 Days—Taking Ownership – Complete certifications, independently diagnose and resolve issues, collaborate with customers and partners, lead conversations, learn deployment and maintenance methodology.
• At 90 Days and Beyond—Driving Impact – Partner with customers, proactively resolve technical issues, advise relevant technologies, serve as a technical liaison, implement automation workflows, obtain additional certifications.

• Deliver high‑quality technical support and design custom solutions.
• Implement automation workflows and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Provide advanced admin and end‑user training.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues across customer environments.
• Lead customer conversations and contribute to knowledge transfer.

• Experience troubleshooting complex systems and configuring solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with the Hyland, ABBYY, and UiPath platforms, including cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
• Building integrations using APIs and web services; knowledge of .NET (C#), JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new technologies.
