- Work closely with customers and internal technical team members to design, plan and implement optimal deployments of Cardiology PACS
- Install and configure VMs/servers/workstations at customer sites and remotely
- Configure and customize proprietary Cardiology PACS software
- Install and validate hemodynamics hardware in the cath lab control and operating rooms
- Evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot system, application, and end user issues (SQL, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Networking, Hardware)
- Assist with customer testing
- Create and update issue tickets as needed
- Test, benchmark and verify that the implemented system is error free
- Support the customer during go-live when system is activated for live Production use
- Travel to client sites for install/go-live support as needed

Required Qualifications- 3+ years of IT experience implementing Information Systems
- Active Directory and Windows Server OS knowledge and experience
- Experience with server and workstation hardware
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Windows applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proven ability to work independently and under tight timelines
- Capable of moving 50 lbs. of server/computer equipment
- Ability and willing to travel up to 50% as business needs dictate
- Driver s license and access to reliable transportation
- MCSE or A+ certification
- Security+ certification
- Experience implementing CPACS, RIS, EMR or other clinical systems
- Experience in CPACS application administration
- Experience with Medical Imaging/DICOM protocol
- Experience with HL7 protocol
- Experience with SQL database
- Understanding of network topology and protocols

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
