Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow revenue from assigned 100 odd accounts in the Bangalore  region.
* Develop and execute complete account plans covering stakeholders, competitive landscape, deal strategy, and expansion opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with CIO/CISO, Head of Security, IT Infrastructure Heads, Risk & Compliance teams, and Procurement.
* Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to qualification, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiation, and closure.
* Work closely with Pre-Sales, Channel Partners, and Inside Sales to drive pipeline creation and closure.
* Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
* Represent the company at industry events, customer forums, and executive briefings to position the brand and solutions.### Required Skills & Experience
* 8+ years of total experience in sales.
* Proven success selling to the region.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity solution areas such as data security, network security, cloud security, identity & access, or threat protection.
* Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas consistently.
* Ability to manage  fast based commercial business
* Ability to orchestrate business through Channels
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
