- Expectation is ~40-50 hours per month, but could progress into more.
Notes from call with client hiring manager:
- This role supports our client during two all-hands meetings per month (typically the 1st and 3rd Tuesday or Thursday).

- The AV Sound Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end audio execution, including running the meeting from an AV perspective.
- The environment includes a large, acoustically challenging space (former jewelry exchange) with a 30’ x 30’ screen that can be echoey and boomy, requiring thoughtful live mixing.
- Current setup uses a Dante-based system, with plans to transition to Yamaha DM3 or DM7 mixers.
- Meetings are run through Zoom Rooms, and the role will collaborate closely with a remote communications team.
- Expected workload is approximately 40–50 hours per month, with potential to increase over time.
- Outside of the meetings, the additional hours worked would be remote working with the client's Communications team.
- This is an ongoing engagement, expected to last at least 12 months, with the possibility of expanding into a larger or even full-time role.
