Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Principle Scrum Master to join their team. As a Principle Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Delivery Department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent coaching abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job TitlePrinciple Scrum Master
LocationIn-office, hybrid schedule in Hampton, NH or Boston, MA (Financial District) with work-from-home options on Thursday and Friday. This role requires presence in the office Monday through Wednesday.
Pay Range$145K - $160K
What's the Job?- Lead the delivery of key strategic projects by fostering an environment of quality and technical excellence.
- Help teams become self-organizing and high-performing through servant leadership and coaching.
- Share visibility into progress, risks, and impediments with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Embed continuous learning and improvement into daily work practices.
- Identify and address problems early, promoting accountability and strong team dynamics.
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and impediment removal skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, systems thinking, and organizational change management.
- Experience mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters or Agile coaches.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or advanced certifications (CSP, A-CSM) with demonstrated practical experience.
