Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative SEO Strategist to join our remote team, focusing on Generative Search optimization for the Lat Am market
. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, AI-driven search trends, and multilingual content strategies tailored for diverse Lat Am audiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and shaping our generative AI search initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for Lat Am markets across multiple digital platforms.

• Optimize content for generative AI search engines and emerging search technologies.

• Conduct keyword research
  , competitor analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and product teams to ensure SEO alignment.

• Monitor, report, and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI-driven platforms

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and generative AI advancements.

• Lead initiatives to enhance multilingual SEO

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience in SEO strategy, digital marketing, or content optimization
  .

• Expertise in AI-driven search, generative search optimization, and multilingual SEO
  .

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.

• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese
