Role
Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished Technical Leader to lead large-scale customer engagements and address complex technical challenges. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), strong leadership skills, and a commitment to mentoring talent. You will drive product enhancements, contribute to intellectual capital, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagements: Provide technical expertise and escalation support for complex issues.
- Technology Transitions: Influence solution architectures and service implementations.
- Simulations: Develop and execute customer simulations to address complex problems and compatibility issues.
- Knowledge Transfer: Lead the creation of technical collateral and documentation.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements:
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Cisco Expertise: Proven expertise in Cisco Security and Routing & Switching
. - SD-WAN:
Experience with enterprise-level Cisco Viptela SD-WAN solutions. - NMS: Hands-on experience with PnP, APIC-EM, or similar systems.
- Protocols: Strong knowledge of IGP, EGP, LISP, and VxLAN.
- Certifications:
CCNP is required
; CCIE (Wireless, R&S, or SP) is highly desired.
