We’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing Marketing team based out of Franklin, TN. This position will play a critical role on our team and will partner with our UX/UI designer to implement/provide ongoing support for a headless Word Press architecture for our new national website and 65+ individual spa microsites.

What You’ll Do
Implement a headless Word Press setup, using Word Press as a CMS and a modern front-end framework for presentation.
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, mobile-first builds.
Build scalable, reusable templates and components to support 65+ location microsites.
Configure and manage Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for flexible content modeling.
Ensure strong SEO foundations, including schema/JSON-LD, metadata, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth implementation.
Integrate with third-party tools and APIs (booking systems, CRM, marketing platforms).
Provide ongoing support for occasional maintenance, bug fixes, content updates, and minor enhancements.
Document code, workflows, and handoffs to ensure long-term maintainability.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional Word Press development experience.
Proven experience implementing headless or decoupled Word Press architectures.
Advanced knowledge of ACF, custom post types, and scalable content structures.
Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with modern frameworks.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices (Yoast or similar, schema/JSON, performance).
Experience building reusable templates and large multi-page or multi-location sites.
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with designers using Figma.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and document work clearly.
Bonus Points
Experience with Word Press multisite setups.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and deployment best practices.
Prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or consumer brands.
Experience working with marketing, compliance, or regulated industries.
