Should have some of the following:
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist project teams during the Initiation and Planning phases using standard Project Management Methodology.
- Work with internal teams to determine project needs, benefits, and technical strategies; provide technical analysis, design, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the transition of projects from development to production by performing necessary operational tasks.
- Design and implement changes by creating or enhancing Encompass settings, input forms, and business rules.
- Track project status, updates, and deadlines in the project management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system functionality issues, ensuring updates do not negatively impact performance.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on implementing and maintaining integrations.
- Engage with business units to implement improvements and manage Encompass software operations.
- Stay current on Encompass updates and third-party vendor configurations.
- Coordinate software recovery efforts during failures and communicate with impacted teams.
- Proven experience as an Encompass Systems Administrator with strong technical skills, 2-5 years preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of business rules, admin settings, and all aspects of the Encompass software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- This is a contract position, expected to last 6 months or until project completion, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Position is fully remote.
