• Lead and facilitate all ART-level ceremonies, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability
• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple SAP teams, managing dependencies and delivery risks
• Partner with leadership to align delivery with DoD mission objectives and contractual commitments
• Act as the primary escalation point for ART-level risks, impediments, and conflicts
• Ensure Agile execution aligns with DoD governance, compliance, security, and reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership roles
• 3–5+ years of experience operating within SAFe at scale as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs involving SAP implementations

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Experience with SAP S/4

• SAP experience in areas such as Budget, FM, FI, CM, PS, CO, PPS, Payments, MM, SD, PS, SCM, D&S, QM, BTP
