Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager II in San Mateo, CA to develop strategies and coordinate projects to establish automated infrastructure for data collection using Agile and Quality Assurance (QA) tools.

• Develop strategies and coordinate projects to establish automated infrastructure for data collection using Agile and QA tools.
• Perform data visualization and build data tables, dashboards, and prediction models using tools such as ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Imply, Jira, and qTest.
• Participate in Agile software development, including Python scripting within QA environments.
• Utilize SQL, Jira, JQL, Confluence, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel formulas to summarize software quality data and create quality analysis dashboards.
• Design and implement automated data pipelines to track key metrics.
• Apply Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Tokenization and TF-IDF, to categorize issues and enhance search capabilities for QA test automation and tool improvement.
