We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist!
We're looking for someone who's great at solving complex technical issues and enjoys working independently. This role is all about supporting our customers and consultants with top-notch technical help-especially around SQL Server and application troubleshooting.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping customers and consultants with technical issues using your deep knowledge of support best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems-this isn't just basic support.
- Writing SQL queries to dig into data and help resolve issues.
- Working with internal teams (like dev and escalation) to get things fixed and keep everyone aligned.
- Supporting advanced features and integrations in our CSC application suite.
- Logging bugs and working with the dev team to get them addressed.
- Strong experience in technical support, especially with SQL Server.
- Someone who's worked in a production support environment before.
- A problem-solver who's comfortable working independently and making judgment calls.
- A collaborative mindset-you'll be working across teams and need to communicate clearly.
- Bonus if you've worked with healthcare software or are familiar with industry standards and regulations.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
