- As a Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, and integration support for Service Max Projects.
- Service Max Certified
- Experience with large scale SVMX deployments
- Ability to lead and execute in the following areas: requirements (story grooming), as is/to be process flow documentation, design and architecture of solution, build oversight with vendor and test script creation and execution.
- Work with client business users and IT executives to identify and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the client’s business needs
