SOC Support Specialist- Weekend Shift

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports and escalations
• Break down complex SOC concepts and product behavior to ensure partner understanding
• Lead calls with partners for high‑severity incidents, documenting decisions and aligning on next steps
  
  Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and product behavior
• Advocate for partner needs and address security concerns with timely responses

• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and commitment to continuous learning
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while knowing when to elevate or seek help

• Experience in MSP or Help Desk roles supporting multiple customers
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Entra, especially around identity and phishing scenarios
• Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis
• Basic understanding of networking concepts related to VPNs and IP addresses
