As part of the Media Revenue team, you’ll work on critical projects impacting privacy, monetization, and brand awareness, using your programming skills to build high-performance web experiences and integrate with transactional services.

RVO Health operates on an in-office schedule to promote culture and accountability, with employees working from our Minneapolis office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions for websites including
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into functional code.
• Contribute to planning activities with accurate estimates.
• Implement innovative solutions using React
  
  JS, Next.js, AWS, and more.
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices and security standards.
• Write well-documented, high-quality code.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• At least 2 years of experience in building consumer-facing applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script, CSS, HTML, Git, and Node.
• Experience with React
  
  JS and Next.js.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience collaborating with Product teams on feature delivery.
• Focus on UX, performance, and scalability.

Starting salary ranges from $97,500 to $120,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, FSA, paid time off, 401(k), employee assistance, parental leave, wellness programs, and more.
