Product Manager; SaaS​/AI Platform

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can lead product development from concept to launch — someone who balances business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.

• Define and manage product roadmap and feature planning
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: from research, MVP scoping, development, launch, to iteration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Write clear and actionable user stories, manage product backlog, and run Agile sprints
• Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and optimize for retention, conversion, and growth
• Monitor product performance using metrics and KPIs (activation, engagement, churn, etc.)
• Research competitors and market trends to keep the product innovative and relevant

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, tech, or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of Lean Product, MVP, Agile/Scrum, and Design Thinking
• Hands-on experience working closely with UX/UI and software engineering teams
• Ability to translate business and user needs into effective product features
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar)
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
• Bonus:
