• Author detailed and complex technical documentation regarding operation characteristics, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams and other functional areas to ensure standards are met
• Create process diagrams, tutorials, procedures, and knowledge-based content
• Analyze and synthesize complex processes for documentation purposes
• Lead meetings and present information clearly to various teams

• 2-5 years of experience as a technical writer or in a related role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience creating diagrams and infographics to communicate complex processes
• Familiarity with source control systems and workflow tools, such as Git and JIRA/Confluence
• Understanding of foundational IT and cloud technologies

• Experience working in an agile software development environment
• Prior experience within IT Development, SaaS, or web-based technology environments
• Ability to recognize knowledge limitations and seek guidance when necessary
