• Collaborate with internal and external engineers, product managers, and customer experience teams to lead bug fixes and solutions
• Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with internal Product Managers while addressing external partner limitations
• Serve as a technical representative for enterprise customers, resolving issues and ensuring optimal product performance
• Occasionally develop new features for internal teams and external customers
• Maintain and create internal and customer-facing documentation, including how-to and knowledge base articles

• 5+ years of full-stack professional software development experience (preferably in Python, Go, or Type Script)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical issues to varied audiences
• Understanding of insurance, fintech, or B2B SaaS business models; experience with policy administration, underwriting, or actuarial concepts is highly valued
• Proven ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously across different product areas
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science degree preferred but not required)

• Experience working directly with large clients to resolve technical issues
• Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations and escalations
• Familiarity with microservice architecture for development and debugging
• Active listening skills to handle customer feedback and criticism constructively
• Passion for technology with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
