• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from business units and clients
• Translate requirements into clear documentation for developers and technical teams
• Assist with reviewing system capabilities, workflows, file mappings, and integration processes
• Support cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis for system or process changes
• Document processes, procedures, and operational workflows

• 2–4 years of relevant experience as an IT Analyst, Business IT Analyst, ITA, or similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and documentation skills
• Basic experience with SQL or data querying preferred

• Healthcare, government, or system integration experience is a plus but not required
• Candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong initiative and learning ability
