Overview
AI Solutions Engineer
Location:
Raleigh, NYC, or SF (remote-first), United States
We're partnered with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company which is building the next generation of tools for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing GenAI systems in production.
The role is a technical Sales/
Solutions Engineer position, a high-impact, customer-facing role, working with assigned
top global customers.
Key areas of expertise are:
- Machine Learning & GenAI
- Cloud & production systems
- Technical storytelling & executive influence
- Partner with sophisticated ML & LLM teams
- Advise on GenAI, ML, and evaluation best practices
- Deliver technical demos and lead strategic reviews
- Influence product direction through customer insight
- ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or technical role supporting ML/GenAI in production
- Strong Python + cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Comfortable explaining complex systems simply
- Bonus: LLM frameworks, MLOps, Kubernetes, or customer-facing experience
- $175,000 OTE plus equity
