Overview
Ascent Living Communities, a rapidly growing and innovative senior living operator based in Colorado, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Business Intelligence to help power the next phase of our growth. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own and scale the data, analytics, and reporting capabilities that drive smarter decisions, stronger care outcomes, and better financial performance across our organization.
As we expand from six communities in Colorado to twenty-five communities across the Mountain West, this role will be instrumental in ensuring our data infrastructure, insights, and tools scale seamlessly alongside the business.
At Ascent Living Communities, data is a core competitive advantage—not a back-office function. While many operators rely on lagging, static reports, Ascent operates with near real-time insights that enable proactive decision-making at every level. Through a modern data lakehouse, Power BI reporting, AI-enabled summaries, and proprietary internal tools, we empower leaders to focus less on hunting for data and more on delivering exceptional care and operational excellence.
This role partners closely with executive leadership and community operators, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure our data-driven operating model continues to deliver measurable, scalable results.
