The Center Well PCO Learning Team is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and innovative Senior Learning Systems Professional to join our team! We aggregate learning outcome metrics from multiple sources and communicate these insights to the business units we support, harnessing the power of data and analytics to drive meaningful insights, enhance our training programs, and empower our teams to succeed.
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining our learning content from storyboard to published course, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy across our learning catalog. Through our Learning Management System (Cornerstone), development software (Articulate 360), and custom content management solution (SharePoint/Power App), you will work collaboratively to deliver best-in-class learning experiences. The Senior Learning Systems Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Learning Systems Professional has these key responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Oversee the management and organization of learning content within the LMS (Cornerstone), ensuring all items are current, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Audit published courses and materials for quality assurance, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Manage the learning catalog, including updates, archiving, and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain and update eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, ensuring content remains engaging and relevant.
- Run reports to identify outdated, unused, or orphaned learning materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to address gaps.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of new content prior to launch.
- Ensure all source files and storyboards are properly uploaded and organized in the content library.
- Troubleshoot and resolve course-related issues, collaborating with technical and instructional design teams as needed.
The Senior Learning Systems Professional provides technical troubleshooting support as related to learning programs. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience managing learning content in a corporate LMS, preferably Cornerstone.
- Experience on a learning and development team, either in learning design, learning analysis, or a related role
- Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience in auditing, catalog management, and reporting within a learning systems environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in MS Office Applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Excel
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience working with learning measurement
- Experience working with other learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with AI prompt engineering
Additional Information
Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required.
