Responsibilities- Develop and manage the long-term product roadmap aligned with the company's Go-to-Market strategy
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and consensus
- Manage the lifecycle of sales technology features and prioritize product backlog for the Agile Scrum Team
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to validate features with real-world scenarios
- Champion the use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline the product lifecycle
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Systems Management, and/or Product Management
- At least 2 years working as a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (Admin certification preferred)
- Proven experience with sales enablement platforms like Highspot or similar tools
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience working in or with sales teams
- Background in Product Marketing or Content Strategy
- Familiarity with other sales tools such as Sales Engagement, Competitive Intelligence, or Forecasting
- Firsthand experience using AI tools for productivity enhancement
