• Lead pricing and legal negotiations for medium-to-large technical renewals and RFPs
• Partner on select extra-large enterprise agreements, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders and contracts within procurement systems
• Resolve complex issues involving accounts payable, legal, and vendors
• Analyze procurement workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in a technology environment
• Proven track record in leading negotiations for medium-to-large scale agreements
• Experience managing the procurement lifecycle using tools like Coupa and Ironclad
• Strong knowledge of technical sourcing and Engineering and IT spend categories
• Exceptional communication skills to influence decisions and simplify complex data for stakeholders

• Direct experience with vendor risk mitigation and knowledge of data privacy standards like CCPA and GDPR
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Zip or Omnea
