• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS and data platforms
• Strong experience with real-time and historical analytics and reporting
• Solid understanding of telecommunications or contact center domains, including performance metrics and operational workflows
• Proven ability to utilize data for product strategy and decision-making

• Experience in agile product environments
• Familiarity with event-driven systems
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and executive teams
• Knowledge of user research and market landscape analysis
