Remote Helpdesk Support Specialist

Must have

• Experience in IT helpdesk support
• Familiarity with Fresh Service ITSM
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment
• Understanding of data privacy and security compliance

• Respond to PDIS-related queries received via email
• Create and manage tickets in Fresh Service ITSM for all requests
• Provide Tier 1 support including answering general questions
• Assist with login issues and password resets
• Aid users in navigating the system
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or relevant technical teams
• Maintain precise documentation of all interactions and solutions in Fresh Service
• Ensure timely response to all incoming PDIS support emails
• Generate weekly status reports summarizing ticket volume, resolution times, and escalations

We are ATA Services, Inc., currently seeking remote Helpdesk Support staff for a temporary assignment. This role is fully remote; however, candidates must reside in New Mexico. We offer a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour with weekly payments. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the position is set to start as soon as possible, concluding on June 30, 2026.
