Power Platform Solutions Architect – Lead

Must have:

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including at least 2 years in a leadership role for solution delivery or architecture.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining production Power Apps and Power Automate solutions utilizing Dataverse.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing application lifecycle management (ALM) using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub and Power Platform CLI.
• Strong proficiency in API and integrations (REST, OAuth); comfortable using Power Shell, JavaScript, or Type Script.
• Familiarity with secure secrets management methods, such as Azure Key Vault or similar technologies.
• Thorough understanding of data modeling and reporting with Power BI; experience collaborating with analytic teams (including RLS and data gateways).
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, DP-500) or equivalent practical experience are a plus.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, CoE Starter Kit, and Copilot Studio/AI Builder is advantageous.
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI, SOC
  2) is desirable.
• Understanding of Azure messaging patterns (Service Bus, Event Grid) and cost management strategies is a plus.

• Serve as the technical lead for Power Platform delivery, responsible for overseeing the governance, application lifecycle management, and standards to ensure successful outcomes.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive solutions incorporating Power Automate (both cloud and desktop), Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs.
• Intervene directly in complex scenarios involving intricate logic, integrations, and components requiring high performance.
• Establish environment strategies, define data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and manage identity, security roles, and data protection standards.
• Implement an ALM process with pipelines, environment variables, automated quality checks, and deployment gates.
• Set up monitoring and operational practices, including telemetry and logging for production environments.
• Create and develop custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and event-driven integrations.
• Ensure reliability through effective error handling, retries, idempotency, pagination, and managing API throttling (response 429).
• Mentor team members and citizen developers through design and code reviews, office hours, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical competence.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and solution architecture.
• Define success metrics, clarify compromises, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
