Responsibilities
  • Query data in Snowflake using SQL and update data models consistent with current architecture
  • Utilize LookML to enhance data visualizations and create dashboards in Looker and Post Hog
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior patterns and identify opportunities for product enhancement
  • Present analytical findings to cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Build externally-facing reports to provide stakeholders with visibility into user engagement and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role in a product-driven technology company
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in modern data warehouses like Snowflake or Big Query
  • Proficiency in data transformation tools such as dbt for building documented data models
  • Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with version control systems like Git for code management
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with healthcare concepts and terminology
  • Basic understanding of data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with proper statistical rigor
