As the Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery from initiation to closure. This includes coordinating team activities and customizing solutions to meet client objectives. You will lead the implementation and ongoing projects for Alight Worklife Digital Engagement solutions.

• Refine final project scope and create the initial project delivery schedule. Manage the overall schedule, detailed project requirements, and risk logs with key stakeholders leveraging Smartsheet artifacts.
• Create scope-based change orders along with corresponding billing number setup.
• Ensure client invoices are sent based on the established SOW fee structure.
• Lead external client planning and requirements meetings. Work with Requirements Analysts to gather business requirements efficiently.
• Manage the client acceptance testing process by initiating issue logs and setting expectations for client feedback.
• Provide best practice consultation to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work to produce solutions that meet client needs while staying within the AWL standard framework.
• Assess the ongoing health of a client while staying close to renewal opportunities and upsells.
• Collaborate with other project managers within the Digital Engagement practice.

• Able to consult and ask appropriate questions to guide clients and colleagues to meet goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of benefits, compensation, retirement plans, health plans, and equity and other HR rewards programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Clear communication of ideas through presentation and consultation.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to establish confidence and personal credibility with clients and Alight colleagues.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or posses relevant work experience demonstrating substantial expertise in the field.
• Solid foundation in collecting business or technical requirements to improve effectiveness.
• External client/vendor facing consulting experience.
• Experience in guiding and assisting teams and individuals.
