• Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that drive growth and retention
• Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering client revenues, product adoption, and interactions
• Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for Relationship Managers and Customer Success
• Develop a reporting framework to optimize resourcing and efficiency for leadership teams
• Automate and improve data processes using analytics and predictive modeling tools

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role
• High proficiency in SQL, with Big Query-specific experience as a significant advantage
• Strong data modeling skills and experience using Python for data analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously

• Experience as a Looker (not Looker Studio) developer
• Familiarity with GCP products and services such as Big Query, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI
