• Design, evolve, and operate scalable cloud architectures for multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Continuously improve infrastructure and architectural decisions to enhance performance and scalability
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and repeatable deployments
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling to minimize manual operational effort
• Support and operate production environments, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dev Ops Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer with infrastructure ownership
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with AWS or GCP
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and/or Bash
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

• Experience operating or supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Previous collaboration with SRE teams and exposure to reliability practices
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana or Datadog
• Hands-on exposure to hybrid cloud environments or on-prem integrations
• A software engineering background with experience in end-to-end system ownership
