13835 – Mid-Senior UX Designer (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (3+ years);
• Experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred);
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing;
• Experience creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs;
• Experience with Design Systems;
• Familiar with Agile methodologies;
• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field

• Experience in the energy or technology sectors;
• Experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers;
• Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with objectives.
• Advocate for and apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and manage design assets, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and processes.
