Overview
The Low Code Lab is evolving from reporting and dashboarding to designing and delivering low-code applications that solve real business challenges. The Senior Low Code Developer designs, develops, and provides ongoing support for enterprise applications built on low-code platforms, specifically Microsoft Power Apps. The role analyzes business processes to identify automation opportunities and designs robust, scalable LCAP solutions. Responsibilities- Design, development, and ongoing support of enterprise applications built on low-code platforms, specifically Microsoft Power Apps.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design robust, scalable, and efficient LCAP solutions.
- Apply user-centric principles to drive automation and operational efficiency; empower citizen developers through training, support, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering or analytics preferred.
- 5+ years of professional related experience.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, with strong expertise in Power Apps.
- Experience developing solutions on Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
- Strong grasp of low code platforms, APIs, and data services.
- Comfortable advising stakeholders on automation opportunities.
- Experience in building AI agents and automation using low-code tools.
- Experience interacting with database and file storage systems (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Data Bricks).
- Ability to use tools to access and transform data.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytic techniques including descriptive statistics, economic modeling, exploratory analysis, and variance analysis.
- Ability to use visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik View.
- Strong analytical, critical and systems thinking skills.
- Advanced degree.
- Hands-on background in automating complex workflows.
- Microsoft Copilot Certificate.
- Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect.
Candidates in commutable distance to Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026; before that date, three days per week with a preference for Tuesday–Thursday. Internal applicants: home-based status may be retained, but future needs may require on-site work.
